Fellow Lions, Partners and Guests
I look forward to welcoming you to the 2025 Convention of Lions District 105 South East being held at Canterbury Cathedral Lodge , Kent
The Convention Team are working very hard to make the mix of business and entertainment of interest to all - from the regular, every year, attendee to the first timer.
All will be interested in our speakers from International guests to our service project topics, such as the Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance Paramedics, LIBRA and the launch of a new Vision Screening camera project for use in schools by Lions which could benefit many clubs in service and membership opportunities
Whilst the Lions are at Convention on Saturday our partners will be able to have a guided tour of Canterbury Cathedral and then explore Canterbury itself as you are right in the centre.
The clubs in the Zone are being of great help and support both on the organisation committee and with the many little touches which make an event such as this special. Karen and I thank them very much for all their efforts.
The welcome we have been given at all events we have attended in our District, of three counties and South London, is a great example of how kind and supportive our clubs and Lion members can be to visitors. I know this will continue at our 2025 Convention.
